Not an expert by any means, my brother who collects toned anything in coins told me that coins will tone on one side due to album plastics laying on the coin OBV? Is that what happened here?

I honestly don't know where the toning came from, I bought it this way. I'm completely lost when it comes to toning. That's why I come here and ask people who know about it.
I passed on a Frankie in Arizona that was just like this with a brilliant reverse. The dealer told me it was a end roll coin. The reason I passed was way too many hits on the reverse. But I should have boughten it anyway.

Hey Russ, Looks like a coin that was at the end of a roll. When ever I purchase an original roll the two end coins have the exposed side toned fairly nicely while the other side is bright and white. BOB
