What MS grade causes a "Yippy" out of you?

My personal choice would be MS-65. Seems that there is a large jump in price from 64 to 65. For some reason I just feel better with the MS-65. In my opinion MS-65 is the start of great. MS 64, although good doesn't command the same respect or shall I say glee! My opinon only.

overall.To me thats the starting point for great coins to collect.Or for Classics,53-64 are excellent grades to start at for Classics.Commems..I can see 69 as your ideal grade.A 68 being like junk silver,and a 70 being
your centerpiece.Not much wiggle room in commem grades.
