I know this is not a coin, but look at his "what kind of payment is expected" is that allowed on e-bay? I always thought you had to eat the paypal charge, also isn't paypal free unless you use credit cards?
I just had a Paypal charge of $1.65 passed along to me in a sale...by one of this board's members... together with normal S&H and ins. Kind of a petty hustle. However,I guess it's my fault as I didn't read the fine,fine print. Twowood PS: This was NOT an eBay auction.I responded to his post on the CU Buy, Sell or Trade forum.

It's a NARUable offense on eBay and illegal in California (and many other states).
