Superior Auction

I received my cards I won today from the December Superior Auction. The cards are very nice
and accurately graded to me. I got to give them an A++ all around. It was a very smooth auction
for me as a first time buyer. Definitely run well. I hope others had similar results.

Keeping in line with a Registry topic, I plan to add the cards to the Registry. Also, thanks to some
of the old threads on how to add a photo. Especially carkim and mikeschmidt. I'm adding photos
to the 53 set that is up.

I was out of town until this morning and just tried to add my 3 1967 PSA 9s to my 1967 set registry set. NOPE. The seller/prior owner has not yet deleted the cards from HIS 1967 SET. He sells the cards but does not delete them from his set. What's that about?

Sometimes deleting cards does not always work. I deleted some cards then sold them and PSA still needed to add them for the customer. As far as the 80 Bench 9 goes DHcards has one on ebay this week.

I bought one of the 67 topps also and I couldn't add it. I think that skylaneflyer has to delete his set so we can add them.

Second time for me buying from Superior and the disappointment continues. Paid by phone Monday before NOON EST and still haven't received cards. Also, I could not get a clear explanation on the ticky tack shipping charges adding up that made sense (or added correctly). I know I did read in their own literature that payment by credit would be sent same (or next day).

I got mine today. I don't use Fed Ex since I have them mailed to a PO box.

The cards I believe are shipped by Collectors Universe NOT Superior. There in CA, and subject to there shipping Dept. UPS and Christmas also might have something to do with it.

I too want to add my thanks for a great auction, and the cards are great. I received an email from Gayle, confirming that your set has been deleted. She personally added my cards to the Registry in my set yesterday (for some reason they were still showing up as being in your set - but she hooked me up).

There seems to be a glitch in the set registry every now and then. I know that I had sold a few 72 Topps PSA 8's to Stump a couple months back that showed up as still being in mine. But, when you looked in my set - all those cards wereremoved and replaced with 9's. So, Gayle and BJ usually get involved and as usual SAVE THE DAY!

In fact, Gayle fixed me up by entering the cards directly into my set. I'll try to remember to simply ask them for help next time.

Got the cards from superior today. The 75 Topps lot was nice. Alot of high quality eights including the Brett. Averages out to just over 8.00 per card got Brett, Rose,Yaz, Bench,Rice.B Robinson, Munson, Ryan Highlights(2) and many minor stars and team cards. Was a good nab. Also the 52 Psa sevens were nice they have great color missing eight only because of centering. Anyway one week plus one day turnaround with a personal check I will take. Thanks to superior for a fun auction.
