Check these out a couple of Nickles a couple of Kennedy's and a Peace dollar.
Nickel (1940tonedgreen) is a nice pinkish blue on the obv sorry for such a bad picture of that side. on the rev its green yes I said green and it isnt Pvc I already tried to remove it its actually tones green neat and different color for toning.
Nickel (1940) spotty vivid blue and light red on the obv. On the rev its aa awsome golden yellow with light blue and megenta with a littel green thrown in .
Kennedy (1990P) Awsome megenta blue and orange. nice coin and my first toned 50C piece.
the rev of this only has two spots of toning they are both a yellow golden and not worth the picture.
Kennedy (1990D) megenta and lighter blue toning on the head of kennedy goes to megenta and orange when its off the head (the tone) in the field. the reverse is awsome with its megenta blue orange and yellow tones. this is a very nice reversed toned 50c piece and its me second one.
Dollar #1 (1923D) very light pink bluish on the entire obv nice looking need to be seen in person to enjoy. the rev is also toned but it tends to be a little darker in color much more vivid blues and pinks on this side also toned on the entire surface.
Pretty nice finds the dealer holds these back of me. Nice of him to do that. When I was there he sold an awsome 1877 IHC I had just looked at it was AU awsome redbrown. Lucky guy that bought it only for 875$ a steal if you ask me .
Oh ya on the peace dollar there is a great die crack the runs form the I in liberty down about an eight on of inch in from the rim to about an eight of in inch from the point of the neck to the T in trustthere is also a die crack in the Y of liberty it goes from the rim bellow and to the right into the Y . There is another die crack that goes from the rim above the T through the R and ends at the tip of the 3rd ray at the back of her head there is a 4th die crack through all of the rays it starts at the top of the I and ends on the tip of the last ray on the back of here head. Its a wonder this die didnt shatter with all the cracks in it.
Well tell me what you think of my tones if you like the or if you thinkthey are junk. let me know.
