Automated eBay FeedBack?

I purchased an item (non-coin) on ebay last week and paid with PayPal. As has become the norm, I did not receive my feedback until I posted his. TWELVE SECONDS after I posted his, I got mine. No way he's sitting there waiting. He must have an automated system for leaving FB. Anyone else run into this?
BTW. It seems to leave the same comment for all buyers.

<< <i>Why would you leave feedback first if you are the buyer? >>
Why wouldn't I? It was delivered fast, was a good item and was at half the price I was paying around town. And I checked first if he was leaving FB. I also asked one of his previous buyers if he was happy with the service. (He was)
I've had both buyers and sellers NOT leave FB and now, if I see they're not leaving any on past auctions, I don't either. I've also had sellers email me that they'll leave theirs when I leave mine. I don't agree with that way of thinking but I can see their point. (If there is a problem, work it out thru email -- not feedback.)

That's so true and I've cut WAY back on my eBay purchases because of all things going on there. The whole system is a con-artist's dream. If you ever want to read some real horror stories, go to the Safe Harbor discussion board. True nightmares and no help from eBay.
