I voted undecided. I am undecided as to why I voted undecided.

I asked a question a couple of days ago, which was probably a stupid question, and they haven't answered it, which is fine. Is anyone else asking them questions that they ignore or something?

I thought that the question I asked would have helped other users.

hour from a fellow board member. PSA does a great job and I'm sure this will iron itself out.

Click on the Navigation: link at the top right of this page and click on the PSA Q & A Forum.
brucemo,
I don't know that they aren't answering questions as fast as they get them. I don't think it should be fast, but they have to be getting a few more then the 5-10 questions that they have answered so far. I've asked two questions, one was responded to in two days the other one has been pending for about three weeks now. Again no rush, but there should be a standard turn-around time of (one week?).

I get to the message board by clicking on the big "Collector's Universe Message Boards" logo on the top of every message board page. I think it would help if there was an easier way to get to it.
They really need to answer more questions, and they really need to archive answers. That's the point, right?
Joe
Frankly, I feel that the Q & A board is redundant. 99% of the questions can be (and have been in the past) answered correctly by the regulars on the board.
" how do I get my free submissions when my set hits 75 % and can I compbime different sets on 1 invoice so they can all be done at one time? "
To me it seems they are answering questions very sporadically or not at all? To me you do something well or you do not do it all.... I personally think it is a great idea but it appears that the execution (at least from my experience) is lacking...

Bobs,
The registry is free as well...Would you have no expectetions even if everyone's sets were updated and maintained except for yours?
I do agree with "dude" when he says The term "bust" is too strong and it would have to be viewed as completely worthless. Maybe a different "term" should be used. I still remember when the set registry had its problems. Many months ago it would take weeks for newly graded cards to be added to the system before you could add them to your set. Not like today; when your graded are posted you can immediately add them to your set. I use to call Gayle Kean all the time asking her to please have one of the programmer database my newly graded cards so I could update.
Finally, I believe the Q&A forum is a good idea. "Prior to its creation" all of us would call, write, email and ask PSA similar questions over and over. I thought PSA created the Q&A so they wouldn't have to field these same question over and over and over again. In the long run the benefit is theirs not ours (IMHO). I just would like to see it updated more often.

As requested, we've reopened the Q&A forum to better organize your questions for David Hall and he will answer your questions on Tuesday evening.
David will answer any reasonable questions about PCGS, grading, the PCGS Set Registry, the coin market, etc. Due to legal restrictions, David is not able to answer questions about Collectors Universe financials or CLCT stock.
Besides answering your questions on the Q&A forum, he will also be responding to threads on the other forums on Tuesday evenings and making comments where he feels he can provide useful information. But if you want to be sure that David sees your question please use the Q&A forum.
For those unfamiliar with how this forum works or if you need a refresher:
This is a moderated forum. No question will show unless it has been approved by an administrator.
You will be able to post your question, once approved, your question and the answer will be viewable to everyone.
The only persons who can reply to your question are administrators.
If you have a follow-up question, please post it in a new thread.
If anyone has any questions or needs further assistance, please feel free to contact me by PM, e-mail or call me at ext. 102.

Joe/Charlie/and others should pick a day to respond like the above example from the Coin Q&A Forum. That seems to work for them and we could submit questions before the "Answer Date".

I hear you. Maybe, if this is your goal, starting a thread calling it a bust is not the best way to accomplish this goal?
If I were CU, I'd be much more inclined to listen to the feedback if it where presented in a more positive manner. Maybe something like "CU, thanks for starting the PSA Q&A forum. I am concerned with the turn around time on answers to submitted questions. What should we expect in terms of turn around times? Is there anyway to speed this up?"
Just my opinion.
