PCGS Grading Set

I've been reading with interest the posts about the PCGS grading set. I think it would be a great idea to post detailed scans of this set as some have suggested. My question is a "chicken and egg" question. Who graded the coins that comprise the PCGS grading set? Has it remained the same over time or is it updated periodically?

    The PCGS grading team grading the original PCGS grading set coins, some of which we've had in the set since 1986.
