I'm selling a card to a member on here. Should I mail the card before receiving the payment???

I know, I think it's a stupid question myself! I just want to see if everyone else thinks the way I do.

If it was a trade, I would have no problem with sending first or at the same time since this person has several refs.

Send first before you receive is a good way to get ripped

He didn't mention a level of trust so it was assumed not to be such a relationship. If the trust level was that great, would a question be posed to the membership? One would think not, but who knows.
