How much rarer is it to grade a PR70 to a MS70 at PCGS

With all the talk on 70 graded coins from PCGS.

The question is. By looking at todays POP report is it harder to get a PR70 vice a MS70 grade.

the downside maybe we never get a report from PCGS on how many are submitted.

    Especially if you collect a series that is inherently fugly. image

    They are handled the same at the mint in terms of quality assurance. Obviously any that are really inteneded for business strike type circulation will never make and ms70.
