Need help grading 1907 proof Barber half

Can anyone give me a clue as to the grade on this. Fields are highly reflective, but hard to photograph. Looks cameo. There are some scratches on Liberty's jaw and neck.

Looks like it could be a 65 if there aren't hairlines. Doesn't look cameo in the pic. Nice coin I love the old proof coins.

From my 1907 proof set, Obverse
This is a PCGS PR 62 because of the slide marks. Reverse.
Hmmm. I got out my ANA book and would grade it MS-65, but if it's a proof half then I'd say it's PR-60 comparing it to Carls photo.
So that means it's somewhere outside of the range of PR-60 to MS-65.
Do you think PCGS will hire me or am I strictly ACG material?
