Washington experts: Proof 1962 DDO?

I have acquired a nice 1962 proof Washington that certainly appears to be a doubled die. Doubling shows on the motto and date and is most distinct to the left of the W in "We" -- doubling follows the serif -- and at the base of 6 and 2 in the date. Not shelf-like strike doubling, but distinct, raised images. Does this match up with anything in the book? If so, any idea of its rarity? Thanks ...

"The Best of the Washington Quarter Doubled Dies" by Wexler and Flynn lists a Proof 1962 Class II, distorted hub doubling specimen. It is attributed as WDDO-003, 2-O-II. It lists a value of $75 in PR65. Good find!
Hope this helps,
Andy
