Our copies just arrived on Friday! We have both the regular and limited edition available. Both are hardcover.

    Was this in response to an email from you, or are you guys just buddies? image I guess they were accurate when stating the book would be available by the end of the year; I just kept hoping they were being conservative, and it would come out in November.
