Can someone look up indian cent variety for me?

It's 1906 cent with 06 in denticles west (lest) of primary digits (6 is almost halfway between primary 06, 0 is just a little west) also there appears to be very strange strike doubling in upper part of 0, the lower end of zero is thick the upper is very thin. I'll tryed to scan it but my scanner sucks when it comes to close ups.

Sounds like Snow14: "Moderate repunching visible inside the top of the 0. The tops of 06 can be seen in the denticles." The locations of the MPDs in the image from Snow's Attribution Guide are exactly as you describe them.
