the HepKitty Loose in Phoenix!

Found a very cherry 1948p and 1949p! Both are toned and have a real shot at ms66! Both of these gems are FBL! The 48 has some nice light original toning and has super clean fields, it does have a few tiny hits on the bell. I know that in 48 there wasn't any mint sets made, this one appears to be toning from a roll. The 49 is a 66 without a doubt! This coin does have mint set toning and is a killer GEM with very strong bell lines! I already have both of these coins in a 66fbl in my Registry set, But I couldn't turn them down for very cheap since they were Raw! Here's the store where I got them!!!!!

There were mint sets made in 47, 48 and 49, but not in 50. Production resumed in 51.

Thanks for the correct info Frank, I thought I read somewheres in a book no sets in 48, for some reason I had this idea in my head..... Here is the shop I found the 62DCAM Frankie, this coin is AWESOME and it cost me Seven dollars!
