Modern PR70DCAMs and PR69DCAMs - how many are there?

David Hall recently said between 0.5% and 2.0% of modern proofs should be 70DCAMs. OK, that sounds reasonable.
But how many should be 69s?

As for what percentage PCGS would grade PR69, probably 65-75%. That's taking into account that PCGS grades about 1% as PR67, 5% of the coins they see as PR68 and 93% as PR69.
Please point out the difference to me, other than the dealer who submits them.
Every Proof 70 I've handled looked like #$%^. They have all had problems. My Proof 68DCAM's all look better. Covered up I would pay big bucks for those graders who would grade the coins correctly timew after time.
I'll sell every proof 70 I ever get my hands on until they start bringing what they are really worth... a few bucks over proof 69...which are worth only a few bucks above proof 68. Any coins grade Proof 68 or MS68 should be virtually unimprovable, particularly in proof.
If and when PCGS goes bust (I hope they don't, but want to think in the long term), these big bucks coins are going to fall faster than the NASDAQ did.

My interests lie more towards classic coins, so I will probably put it on eBay and buy something in the classic realm with the proceeds.
I voted 80% on the poll. I recently returned 2 West Pointers to the mint. One was MS and the other was proof. Each had either smudges, ticks, or small scratches or both. It was the first time I ever did this, but they paid the shipping back and I got my replacements within 2 weeks by Fedex! One would think modern proof coins should be flawless, but just read the complaints regarding quality control at the mints and a different picture emerges.

edited to remove the HTML stuff - I tried to copy and paste my PCGS submissions and the post was a mile long
