Goose3 mentioned yesterday he had found a S16 1857. Here is a closeup that show convincing evidence of a MPD punched twice into the eagles face and neck. The bases of the "8" (just behind the mouth) and "5" (in the neck) are most apparent/obvious. The more angular raised mark is a "7" base, the second one less apparent. The base of the "1" in the mouth is very tough to see in person.

I saw a Coolpix (dunno the #) at Target yesterday marked 1/2 off. It Was 400.00 normally.
DO you have any pics of the '57 with the reverse clashed with a 25c?? that is the only one I now need.
