I was Very impressed with the change.In some instances(The Boone in particular) It was night and day.They sent a Texas comm and a Deep cameo 1964 Kennedy that were both PCGS graded that they felt would not be able to help without decreasing the overall attractiveness of the coin.
They could've taken the money and run but they seem (to me) to actually care about the work AND the product.
