i was just looking around at sets in the registry day dreaming about owning some of them ...and when i check out one set from Davadillo's and then i click on "view other sets" and i was just so blown away!
i dont know if he had this feature for a while or not ..but today was the first day i saw it.
there are 1000's of cards a good chunck of them in high grade....its truly breathtaking...and who knows how many raw cards and other oddball stuff he owns.
i just want to congratulate Jim on his sets and also encourage him to keep at it and finish his goal of all vintage sets in psa 8.
this may sound a little silly ...but i consider your collection to be a great inspiration for this hobby and for my own collection

It's not a silly comment at all. Davalillo's breadth in this collection is absolutely awe-inspiring -- he has amassed so many awesome cards from so many important sets crossing over many sports!
In fact it looks like he recently acquired quite a few 1955 Bowman PSA 8 cards -- he has a reputation for being a tough negotiator in trades! But he is a pleasure to deal with -- and his input into this board is very much appreciated. He has much more knowledge of the hobby than many of the humble peons (like myself) that frequent these boards.
