Hi,
In a recent post, you mentioned that you might consider grading seminars for collectors...
What about open grading sessions? Someone pays a nominal fee for a certain amount of time to sit in a grading room (probably not your main room) and watch a grader grade. He could see both the grader in full speed, as well as if it were walkthrough at a show, learning the technical points with an explination. The coins would be general coins submitted so the learner could get a wide variety of series' covered, at least to an extent of what to look for in the basics.

GIA, the diamond grading service upon which all grading services are based, has many classes and certifies "gemologists." We should consider doing something like this...Thanks for the idea...David
