Tell the truth dpoole! The hug you want is from David isn't it?!

Casting aspersions on one's sexual orientation is bad PR. I'm going to the NGC reception and hug them instead. image

It won't be as fun as ours!

That way you could get a hug from Rick Montgomery!

This is getting to be a challenge.

I'll check out the Accugrade reception. I KNOW Diane will give me a hug ("Not one serious complaint since 1984")

  • From the parody photos I've seen of her, you'd still be better off with Rick.

Hey, give me some credit, I know where I land on that totem pole.
Hell, you know you would all run me over if Mr. Bowers walked in the room.
  • I wouldn't run you over, Carol. As a matter of fact, I would help protect you, but since I can't attend...

Too bad you won't be there, nucklehead. I hope to meet a lot of you guys in person for the first time, including Cameron.

Thanks for the advice about Diane H. Maybe I'll just stand in a corner and wave at people. image

  • Thanks dpoole, Cameron IS truly a good guy that I had the pleasure to meet in Long Beach a few month back. One of the best things about going to any coin show is meeting face to face with fellow board members and talking coins.I've met quite afew here in So.Cal and always look forwards to seeing them again at subsequent shows.

Beth you can take my place at the Reception since I cannot make the 3000 mile plus trip. Maybe someday. Only stipulation is that you have to say hello to all of the Merc folks for me.

Everyone have a Grand time. Sure wish I could also attend.

  • Thanks nuckelhead. Maybe PCGS can plan a get to gether at a Long Beach show. Just reserve a room for an hour, nothing special.

My plane tickets came in the mail last week. I'll be scraping as much money together as I can before the convention. Too bad it's so soon after the holidays; guess it's going to be a skimpy Xmas for the family. image

I'm looking forward to seeing some other board members there. Hope the reception is "casual" dress; I'm definitely not taking a suit!image
