I wouldn't buy squat from this guy....he has sold "DMPL's" in the past that slabbed as 64's with no additional designation. If he used his DMPL meter to make the determination on these coins then it is obvious that his meter doesn't work or he is untruthful regarding coin grades....either way, he isn't someone you want to do business with....trust me, I know from experience. Use the freebee one you can print off from the PCGS website instead. CM

Any type of device to measure or determine a PL or DM dollar is a waste of time and money IMO. Anyone who really knows these coins simply looks at them and maybe holds their thumb in front of the coin at most.

You don't need a "DMPL meter." I just use my auto insurance card and then just measure the depth with a tape measure. It's very simple and extremely effective and accurate.
