Who here understands Topps Pristine?

I bought a pack at target today and pulled an uncirculated Joe Mauer refractor
numbered to 1999. Are the uncirculated in the beckett? Is there a multiplier??
The regualar card books for 20 and a 2X multiplier for the refractor, so that is
40.....are they all uncirculated?? HELP

yeah, commons arn't numbered, and uncommons and rares are....AHHHHHHHH

...guess I could just check ebay!
