HEY!!! A little help on this basketball card of Joe Johnson...LMK before I trade PLEASE!!!!

First off, I don't know who he is or who he plays for. So my first question would be is he any good? I have a guy offering me a 2001-02 Stadium Club RC of his and he says it a parallel version worth $40. I cannot find the parallel BV on Beckett OPG. Anyone got a magazine that says something about it. LMK and thanks in advance fellas.

He is a decent rookie from last y rs class... was drafted and played for the Celtics for a while.. and was traded to the Suns in the middle of the year... was expected to compete with A. Hardaway for the starting SG spot... Penny now starts there... the card is in fact worth 40 bucks
