What's up with the Heritage site???

I just went to check "My Collection" to see if they updated the values,based on their latest Auction at the Santa Clara Coin Show.Evey coin I own has ASK,to determine value.Anybody know what is going on?

    The Heritage Value Index went down over the week-end and they are trying to restore it. Funny thing is I notified them of a gross value error on a coin and they agreed and said they would attend to it. Next thing I know everything is gone.
