Brooklyn Gallery still open? EDITED original message

Has anyone ordered or received anything from Brooklyn Gallery recently? I ordered some supplies 3 weeks ago, and paid by credit card. I would have expected to have received my order by now. I also email them and asked the status of my order last week, after it had been 2 weeks. But never received a reply back from them. The only thing I have received from them is an email stating my order was received along with my order ID and invoice number. That was 3 weeks ago.
I am not too happy about the length of time it has been, and also no response to my emails since. Anyone else having problems?
Edited to add: I type in the tracking number just for kicks from UPS, and looked at the detailed tracking history. After my order left Brooklyn, NY, it went to Illinois, then to MPLS, MN, and to Duluth, MN where I live. Then it went to Las Vegas, NV!!! So it had to be sent back to Duluth, MN. It also stated there was an error that said "...routed incorrectly at UPS facility...". So I sent Brooklyn Gallery a note explaining what happened, and apoligized to them for questioning them where my order was. I feel I should also post this info here, and make sure you all know that Brooklyn Gallery was not at fault.

FYI, I used their website to order off from, and didn't call in person. Maybe you get better service in person. Hopefully, it will show up tomorrow.
