Cool. Bring 'em on. The first one should be out about a year from now. Now that currency redesign is an ongoing process, with updates about every seven years or so, wonder what the next features will be on or around 2010?

Although quite a few bills have ben printed using the current standards, 50 years from now they will be just a blip on th screen. Just made for a few years, I put away $500 in 20's the first month they came out and the last month the old ones were out. It sounds like the new bills will be very short lived in numismatic terms.

sure why not color on paper money......and while they are at it , change the picture to fred flintstone on the twenty. howdy doode on the 10 miss piggy on the 5 bring back the two dollar note, put richard nixons picture on it do away with the one dollar note, and strike a one dollar coin with dolly partons picture on it
