It's not out yet. Was due out about this time. I think someone on another thread said it would be hopefully out in early 2003.

It was actually supposed to be out back in early 2001. I'm guessing that J.T. has just been too busy. I hope he hasn't fallen under the weather again. He took ill during the compilation of volume 1, then the printing company did him wrong, so he was a little late distributing. Hopefully, he's just got soooo many new varieties that it's taking too long to get them all organized.

I got an email from J.T. a couple of weeks ago. He has been battling an illness for sometime and this is the reason for the delay.
