These do tone fast. Silver is very reactive, and these are about as pure as you can get. I see them toning all the time (but not in rolls). Why you would claim it was toned in a roll in an original box I do not know.

AT. The toning is the same on the high points as is on the low points. There should be some kind of difference. That is if I understood the video correctly.
I don't know anything about toning but,I have some 1997 ASE's in the original littleton holders that are just now starting to tone around the edges. As far as I'm concerned it's takes more than 1 year for this to happen.
It looks natural to me. The devices show natural silver while the color around them is there. It doesn't totally crawl over the devices. The date and the L, T, Y in Liberty give me enough confidence to say it is natural tone. Probably was stored (purposely) in a silver eagle size cutout cardboard holder. The lines in the dress also indicate nature, as the low points have tone and the higher points do not.

It can't be natural, what would have toned that coin while inside a plastic coin tube, next to other silver coins while inside a plastic box?
