31-S Lincoln with a rub mark?

What do you think of this Lincoln? I don't know about the "rubbed" area right of the cheek.

Probably put in a counting/sorting machine of some sort- I don't know if it can be fixed, and I dont' think it can... can't be good

Actually looks like someone tried to clean something that was there. Strike looked good though.
