Heck this even confused me. Didn't even notice all of the stuff about PQ and 75% tone untill I got home from the Coin Show where this was bought. Guess I bought the Coin and not the Cert. image

    If those toning speckles are a reddish color (I've seen those) I'd still say it's an attractive coin. The luster appears unbroken and original (no dipping there).
    I like it- especially at MS63. Depending on what you paid, you did ok.
    (If you don't like it still, how about PM'ing me with an offer?)
