I had baught a Ricky avis psa 10 Sp authentic rookie card on ebay
I get the card in 2day and the holder is splitin half and teh card is bent where the holder had split.

    I've had a PSA9 Flair rookie Garnett sent to me with the holder cracked in half. The guy offered a refund but it was only a couple dollars so I didn't even bother. The problem was he didn't send it in a bubble wrap, just a reg. envelope which is easy for the case to crack in.

    Was insurance ever discussed if insured then it is covered. I alwyas worry about this when sending graded cards.

    heh insurenc ewas not discussed that was my fault.
    and it was sent in a bubble mailer but it looks liek some1 bent the package in half so it snapd =
