I think you would be VERY hard pressed to get the type of premium being charged for grade on modern gold. In fact, I would recommend you step away from the TV s-l-o-w-l-y.
I am watching this show right now and they are hawking MS69 Silver Eagles - three for $99.00. I would guess you could buy these for $30.00 ungraded, which would be worth about teh same as the MS69's - as I doubt you could ever find a buyer.
The hawker is claiming the same coins in MS70 would run over 2000 for just one little itty bitty grading point more than these for $99.00.
Is it too drastic to say these people should be lined up and shot?
