WIWAG is back...

Looks like they're back on ebay.... ID: cardmrchnt@aol.com

I only noticed (thanks to my slow dialup connection), b/c as the power seller icon was loading, I could see on the status bar of my browser that it was loading the icon for "WIWAG"....

Company is asking for CA sales tax and it's location is San Diego.

Product doesn't look as nice though. And I noticed a ton of GAI stuff image

    I have done a transaction with cardmrchnt@aol.com. The item that I won was lost in the mail and we had to do a postal insurance claim. The name of the company is Poway Sports Cards and the owner's name is Wolf. Contact information is not that of WIWAG. Based on the URL for cardmrchnt@aol.com images, it does appear that he is affiliated with WIWAG since his images are hosted at http://wiwagimages.com/wolf/. At the very least he is hosting his images with WIWAG since he has his own directory.

    Could be an "end-around". Get suspended by EBAY...sell your stuff through another dealer.

    Regardless of what happened (if anything) on eBay, I have and will continue to do business with them. I just received a very nice 1967 Aaron PSA 8 form them, and it was just as described. Jake and the boys at Wiwag are a pleasure to do business with.

    I still wonder what happened?

    Some of my best vintage cards came from them. They were fast, accurate and professional with their auctions.
