The only reason Joe Mauer is being called a "Top Prospect" is because he was the #1 draft pick. You have to prove yourself in either the Minor League or Majors in order to be called a "Top Prospect".

Jerome Williams (I had to pick ONE Giants players)

How about Mark Prior? I guess he is not a prospect anymore and his card values are already high....so I guess that defeats the purpose of your question. He is pretty darn good though. I assume you are looking for someone to invest in.......
