    I say that was way too much

    1. Quantum Leaf suck
    2. They are ugly cards
    3. They list the Infinity Purple multiplier (Would be better if not priced due to scarcity)
    4. A Mcalister Fleer Authority #/25 went for $30 -That would be a better card too

    I just picked up a 1999 Flair Showcase Legacy Collection Rookie Edgerrin James #/99 PSA 9.
    The card is sweet anyways but with the Legacy Collection stamp and the blue font looks great with the Colts jersey. So you could always look for those lol.

    I know you are looking for BGS 9.5's
    There is a Bonzi Wells SPA #/3500 BGS 9.5 on Ebay with BIN for $59. I think it books around $250, that would be a better buy than the Henry.

    I think they were both steals, Hondo. Henry is criminally underpriced right now, you'll double your money on those when he gets a little exposure.

    First off those are nice cards and if you really wanted them then price isn't an issue,
    however it sounds to be like you are an investor and in that regard I think you
    paid way too much. Obviously your wern't the only person to think that these cards
    were worth a hefty price, but as far as future, how much more can these cards
    go for? Numbered parallels are everywhere and jerseys, even ones numbered
    to low amounts, can be bought almost at anytime on ebay.

    If you open up the beckett and look at the cards that are making the moves right now
    they are always from the same few sets....sp, spx and contenders. As far as
    2001 is concerned and Henry, SP and contenders is the way to go. The SP features
    a patch and is numbered to only 500 and the contenders is autoed and numbered to
    like 3 hundred something. Personally I value a guys autograph over anything else.
    You only have to look at all the 2000 and 2001 autos to realize that in 2002 the
    autographed rookie card is getting scarce. Two major companies, Fleer and Pacific, have
    put out about 12 products to date, yet only 2 of them have autographs in them!!

    Try to find 2002 Vick autographs! The guy just doesn't sign anymore! Players get
    good and don't sign as much, it is that simple. With that knowledge you can
    see what will carry the best value in the future!

    I agree there are a lot of nice cards out there, but the rookie card designation
    carries ALOT of weight. Stick to true rookie cards, prefferably numbered to
    less than 500, from playoff and UD.

    Good buys on both of them. All you have to do is wait for one more good game by him and once he get Fox or CBS Press his stuff will Jump like crazy again.

    I think the Leaf Certified #/25 is by far the better card. Its a good product, quad game used, its a parallel of a high end rookie card, and even though it is a parallel it is still listed (not a multiplier). The Quantum Leaf is a junk product, only reason it sells is it comes out early in the season and has the rookies first. It is a parallel of a junk rookie card that nobody would want.

    Now read my post again, I was talking about how good Leaf Certified is. I didn't say anything bad about Leaf Certified.
