1858 Half Dollar Grade Help

Folks can you render an opinion and put me in the ballpark as to what grade this might be?

Looks like an AG03 to me. If the reverse had solid rims like the obverse has (at least most of the way around!), GD04.

He comes over the house and i give it to him and he looks at it and says " OH Cool-O " Cool-O? Where the heck do these kids get this stuff from?

Oh and no way do i get the GI joe in return
