Can you find bv on basketball graded card without the grading number? and can you only find bgs....psa?

I actually don't know much about graded cards... I just looked up the price for the graded bibby in the back of the latest Beckett w/ JRich and Dunleavy on the cover. Is the number significant?

Looking for any cards of Dan Dickau. And I can use a lot of autos.
