Can anyone help me to get my stuff back from this scumbag?!

He Owes me 55 dollars in paypal money!

I'd call but who'd listen to a 14 year old kid...lol

    If $55 is owed from PayPal then send a complaint to PayPal for it, not sure why a 14 year old is using PayPal though.

    If your dad made the purchase then have him call.Sounds like you have enough proof to file fraud charges.I'm sure Dad could remind heavy ripoff of that fact also

    You might want to have your dad help you out with this problem.
    Here on the forum tho,anytime he trys to post to make other trades;just add a BEWARE post to it letting people know not to trade with him until he makes good on his previous deals.
    We just did that on his most recent post as have other great traders on here.This ploy worked very well in the past & most bad traders just faded away while others finally made good.Let's hope
    he makes good so all will be satisfied.If not tho,just keep on him so nobody else gets ripped by him.Hope this helps!Happy Holidays!

    How does he owe you paypal money? If he bought a card from you, especially through paypal, you should have required that he send the money first. If that is done then both people are protected, he is protected because if you don't send he can get his money back and you are protected if you buy the online tracking which tells if/when it was delivered to his house. Yea, if you traded with him and he didnt send the money through paypal first, that was a big mistake cause by doing that the only one who is protected is him (unless of course you have dealt with a person many times and trust them to send you the money later).

    i want the money back, which heavyd said he was sending like 4 or 5 times...we'll see...

    Oh ok, I was confused there on what had happened. Try contacting him a few more times, if he doesn't respond you or your dad should just go to paypal and file a Buyer Complaint (have to click on the link to Privacy Policy on the bottom of the paypal page, then click Buyer Complaint (make sure you read the Buyer Complaint Process first though before you submit a Buyer Complaint Form)

    If you file the complaint on paypal then heavy or whatever his name is has 7 days to send you the item or refund your money. If he doesn't after 7 days, you get the money back anyways. Very simple... Go file the complaint RIGHT NOW!
