I just had a "beckett sux" experience; the 1997 Playoff Absolute Reflex of Antowain Smith I bought awhile ago that once booked for $150 (just a few months ago) now books for $12 (!?) I only paid $5 for the card (autobilia and I love those mislabels ) so I'm not that bummed but still I wonder
Kobe Who? At least Dwyane pays proper respect to Da Big Aristotle
<< <i>Beckett is a guide and only a guide. It really holds no truth in any of it's prices. I'd call their prices ballpark figures at best. >>
Too bad a lot of people don't realize that. They pull a card that they say is worth $60 because that's what it says in the book. Problem is, they can't get anywhere near $60 for it, so it's not worth $60. Beckett = "trading" guide. So, it has nothing to do with cash prices.
