I hate trying to grade from fuzzy scans, but I think it looks strong enough for Fine. I'd like to see the reverse. It seems like the reverse is kind of the tie-breaker on some circs. As for the dirt spot/gouge, I'd sure want a good price or a good return policy, just in case its really nasty.

The coin has just enough meat, to merit the fine grade, as long as it is the photo that is grainy and not the coin.

It turns out to be dirt. It's not a gouge. Arrived today -a keeper, and it goes great with a recent quarter. Love the dirty look. Question:
F-12 or F-15?
