My 1873 no arrows dime.....Any Thoughts

This is an 1873 no arrows Cameo dime graded by NCG. Pardon my picture. I was not able to get the
mirrors rightimage

    1873 is a nice date. I think the scan makes it hard to comment on. Can you get a better focus and blow it up. This date comes a open and closed 3 and with and with repunched dates and dates high and low.

    In the misty picture I can not tell if those are patches of hairlines in both fields or residuals of mottled toning. Give us a verbal description.
