I offer you this tidbit, Franklin lovers.

My brother, Ian Crane, is District Ranger for the Park System. He manages the folks that protect the Liberty Bell. Yes, THE Liberty Bell that
is on the back of a couple of our coins.

He said that he has access to "The Franklin Archives", which includes.....you'll never guess but I'll give you a hint.

It belonged to Mrs. Franklin. My brother's comment after he told me what it was, was, "Well, Franklin was away alot."

It's made out of wood and fits comfortably in the hand.

Remember too, had it been for Ben Franklin we'de all have the turkey on the back of our coins instead of the eagle.
