Best way to ship 200,000 cards?

My friend recently sold 200,000 cards from a large collection and is trying to figure out the best way to ship them. We can't do it via media mail cause the post office won't accept it. We can go through UPS and its about 75 dollars for every 30,000 cards or so which isn't too bad. I was wondering if anyone has any info about any of the large freight companies thats hip by pallet and if it would be cheaper that way? Any help would be greatly appreciated. There are 40 5000 ct monster boxes that he needs to ship.

  • 200,000 is a lot of cards so just put them in separate boxes and then buy a big box to put them all in and then just ship that. Its also good to put those little styrafoam pieces in it. either way itll be rather expensive to ship them
Rest in peace Josh, we'll all miss you

Look at some of the big lots on ebay, some have pretty low rates. Then email the seller and ask how they ship it. My friend bought a Ducatti motorcycle and they shipped it across the US for $300
  • id put them in those "Shoe Boxes" for cards and then put all of those in a Larger Box and ship it that way.
  • Take a little road trip. That way you can spend the money for shipping on a trip.
Looking for 87 Fleer Glossy Bonds and 86 Topps Traded Tiffany Bonds
    Ref's available
  • It would be cheaper to find a business that does alot of shipping and find out if you could pay them to ship the cards for you. Most companies get a cheaper rate from shippers.
