Delivery Confirmation vs. Date Received

I've noticed on my last two invoices that the Date Received is usually a day after the USPS delivery confirmation. Is this consistent, or is this because too many packages that are flooding PSA's mail room?

It is really no big deal I was just wondering? I have a 10 day guarantee and was wondering what day I should start the count-down. Also does tomorrow (Friday, Nov. 29th) count as a business day?

    It is stated as the date received. Ten business days from there. Delivery confirmation only means it made it to the post office box.

    Carlos> Almost always, my orders show as received at PSA the day after the delivery confirmation. If I had to guess, the reason for this is because many items are delivered to their PO Box after they have picked up their mail for the day. My last order however, showed as received the same day as the delivery confirmation.
