Custom Icons???

Could someone please tell me what I need to do to get a "custom icon" uploaded?

    Every now and then CarolJ (our illustrious administrator) will open the ability to upload icons. Until then, not much I can tell ya, except nice Liberty Bell.

    I believe the 15th of every month has been designated as "upload your custom icon" day. Carol enables the icon upload capabilty and it should appear when you are in your profile (just below the line that allows you to choose from currently available icons). Icon upload limitations is that it should be 100x100 pixel at the most and no larger than 10K.
