PCI Grading

Happy Thanksgiving to all !
Can anyone comment on PCI Slabbed coins ?
My experiences have been that they have graded all my submissions very conservatively.
Also, how much of a reduced value does a Red Slabbed Problem Coin Realize in the market.
I just received back from PCI a $10 Indian 1926 coin Slabbed "MS 63 Scratched" in a Red Holder. The coin is a beauty but unfortunately has a small scratch across the chin. BTW... PCGS refused to slab this coin. It came back "whizzed" or "Cleaning"
Your thoughts are appreciated.

Most collectors wouldn't want a problem coin. There are just to many still available, that aren't scratched.PCI slabs have been questionable lately. Most would be suspect these days.

Secondly, a search under a a key word, such as "PCI" will lead you to many Threads on the topic of PCI grading (or, the lack thereof!).
If you're happy with your coins inside PCI holders, that's what is importantly. Although down the road you've got to ask yourself, if you ever plan on selling any of them: Will OTHERS (Collectors or Dealers) be as charmed?
Lately the resounding answer to that has been, 'No'.

The older slabs IMO tended to be properly (if not conservatively) graded.
