In a nutshell, if your are looking for a grading service FS designation you need 5 complete unbroken, even by marks left by other coins (PCGS has a little leway here but its hard to find the line), and not weak seperation for PCGS FS designation and 6 (ALL steps) complete steps for NGC designation. Some dates are impossible to find and its hardly worth trying. Others, 2002, are easy but finding a nice coin that would grade higher than 65 is tough for 2002.
