this guy ripped me bad

towens81223@yahoo.com, i have proof of sent mail. I sent him a jordan rc bv 1000, and he was suppose to send me a vince carter first in flight jersey auto bv 1,500 but gave me this cheap bv 10-20 insert.
can anyone help. I'm already in a case with this guy who ripped me, and owes me about 5,000 bv in 10 cards or so.

    Where does the guy live? what city i mean , maybe someone close can try to talk and see whats up with him, In a nice way of course. If not and he's a jerk you might have to persue matters the legal way. just an idea, oh well.
