Free Indian Rupies (spelling?) to a YN

I traded one of our other board members (Nanda) from India, a couple of US clad proofs coins and he wants to return the favor and send me several rupies from India. Not being a darksider, I declined but asked if he would send them to a YN who might be interested and he agreed.

He has offered several denominations which, not being a darksider, I'm not really sure of, but anyway they are free.

The first one to answer this question gets them all.

Who is the current governor of my home state - New Jersey?

    By the way, did you know it was Jim or did you have to look it up? And you even spelled it right, most people forget the e at the end.

    I know for me to send Items to India non airmail which is 7-10 days the normal mail there is 4-6 weeks so I would guess about the same from there
